Conservation of Plastics at West Dean College

This intense three-day course submerges you into the world of plastics conservation. It gave a solid grounding in understanding the principles of this emerging field and gave me the knowledge and confidence to be able to care for these potentially problematic collections. The course has been invaluable for me to be able to plan the next steps for the collections I work with. Thanks to the Trusts support not only will I be able to improve/stabilise the condition of these collections but I will pass on the knowledge I have gained to my colleagues and future student placements.
